Usability and Security of Arabic Text-based CAPTCHA Using Visual Cryptography

Recently, with the spread of online services involving websites, attackers have opportunity to expose these malicious actions. To protect services, A Completely Automated Public Turing Test Tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) is a proposed technique. Since many Arabic countries developed their in Arabic, text-based CAPTCHA has been introduced improve usability for users. Moreover, there exist visual cryptography (VC) technique which can be exploited order enhance security by encrypting image into two shares decrypting it asking user stack them on each other. However, as yet, implementation this regard not carried out. Therefore, paper aims implement an printed handwritten scheme based VC evaluate scheme, experimental studies are conducted, results show that implemented offers reasonable levels itself.
